"I just wanted to say thank you again for a wonderful day on Friday. We had CPD twilight tonight so I added a Coaching - Where Next? conversation, in the spirit of taking action after inset! Wow! We had a fantastic discussion for just under two hours. We're able to put together some achievable and quite exciting plans with strong buy ins from SEN, SIU (our Social Inclusion Unit), the Year 7 pastoral team, English, History - and DT is a work in progress! I feel this is a really positive springboard."
Jill Evans – Severnvale High School – Quedgley, Glucestershire

"Hi Glynis, All is going well. The positive mindset message is certainly being embedded across school. 'You can't do it....yet' is even pinned up behind each toilet door (which is a bit worrying!!!!!!). Thanks for your great training."
Mandy Messham Ethelberts Primary School, Bolton

"I was confident that the Learning Cultures’ principles were right for our school and you expounded these and the ‘coaching’ world with a thorough and thoughtful presentation. Your resources were excellent and you kept us engaged and entertained throughout. A tough ordeal, given it was the Friday before the new academic year.

There is no doubt that we have been inspired and energised by something that has been well researched and effectively practised, and about which we knew little prior to your presentation. I can see coaching as a very effective method for improving our collective performance through supportive self-appraisal, as we seek to achieve our objectives for the children, together."
