Sandra joined our team of consultants and trainers about two years ago. She has been a qualified coach and mentor since 2010. She has worked as an Advanced Learning Coach in schools and colleges, leading staff development workshops and learning communities and using coaching as an approach to observation and feedback to support continuous improvement in practice. She has an amazing repertoire of resources and ideas to support schools and colleges who want to introduce coaching and her enthusiasm and knowledge around all things coaching is breathtaking.
She has also worked extensively in the school sector where she was a pastoral and curriculum leader. She taught German, History and PSHE. For several years she was as a personal tutor working with students on PGCEs course in partnership with Edge Hill University. This gave her a great deal of knowledge and expertise in pedagogy and the science of behaviour and classroom management. She has been a tutor on the ILM level 3,5, and 7 coaching qualification modules and continues to offer support to those who wish to go down the qualification route.
Sandra lives in Shrewsbury and like all of us in the coaching and training teams travels extensively here and internationally. She trained staff in a large college in Australia last term.
