Her coaching accreditation is from Henley Business School and she has been coaching for the last 5 years. Her background is not in education but we find that this sometimes a distinct advantage for senior leaders to share their goals and issues with someone who is focusing on the issues of leadership and self-evaluation where the educational process does not get in the way.
