The vision or strategic direction of the organisation or partnership must be communicated to everyone including all staff, learners, their parents and the wider community.

Ensuring that the message is clear and interpreted correctly is critical to making sure that the aims can be translated into powerful drivers for change and allow for the development of a culture of excellence and improvement in learning and teaching across the whole organisation or partnership.

We work with managers who have the responsibility for delivering a whole organisation quality improvement strategy. We have experts who can support managers as they focus on how to unlock potential and drive forward outstanding provision.

Managers will have the opportunity to translate the strategy into clearly defined objectives or goals that will ensure that change is managed and teachers and other education professionals can develop highly effective strategies that allows learners to flourish and progress.

We also support managers as they consider who should be responsible for communicating the vision. They will identify individuals who are dynamic, inspirational and effective communicators from within the organisation who they know will inspire a culture of change and innovation in teaching and learning and who will benefit from developing as coaches.
