Continuing Professional Development for Teachers
Practical and sustainable whole school solutions that deliver high quality teaching and learning.
Teaching and Learning across the Key Stages

We are leading providers of staff development and continuing professional development for teachers and managers in schools and other education providers. Our expertise lies in a deep understanding of pedagogy, active and participative learning and the need to put the learner at the heart of the learning process.  With this in mind we have developed our programmes to embrace all generic learning at key stage 2, 3, 4 and 5 and beyond.

We work closely with those at the heart of policy making and the programmes and events we offer support high quality teaching and learning across the whole organisation.  We have developed a range of training opportunities that will drive up performance and support organisations to create a sustainable CPD strategy that achieves results and is cost effective. Our programmes have been designed to focus on raising achievement and attainment at each key stage and across the transition bridges.

Coaching is at the heart of everything we do. Training and development are essential to ensure that teachers continue to develop their professional skills, keep up to date with policy and refresh and reflect on their practice. Where training is shared with others and ideas and knowledge used in practice there is a significant impact on the individual who received the training and those to whom it is shared. This reaps significant benefits and creates much more cost effective training and development.
