Foundation Learning is one of the building blocks of the reform of 14 – 19 education and is one of four pathways to ensuring learner achievement at key stage 3, 4 and 5 and beyond. It offers a real opportunity to develop a programme of study for Entry Level and Level one learners that will help them to thrive and succeed.
