We are aware of the financial and cover constraints that restrict many practitioners from being able to access high quality off-site continuing professional development opportunities.
With this in mind we are developing a tool that can be used by staff to deliver on-site training.
The tool box will include a range of resources, ideas and activities to plan and create highly effective training sessions that will support professional development and provide a platform for CPD managers to cascade a culture of excellence and improvement across the organisation.
The tool box will include:
- All the administrative templates such as agendas, delegate lists and evaluation paperwork
- High quality presentations with notes
- Activities including resources to support training such as card sets, video material, research papers and case studies
- Links to other resources, studies and follow up activities
