Continuing Professional Development for Teachers
Practical and sustainable whole school solutions that deliver high quality teaching and learning.
Apprenticeships and Post 16 Learning

The Learning and Skills sector (LSS) continues to need support to ensure that all teachers, trainers and tutors have the highest quality continuing professional development (CPD) in order to meet the requirement that they have 30 hours CPD a year and have a teaching qualification. Learning Cultures Limited, as well as offering teacher CPD courses, has developed a range of training and development opportunities for those who teach in this sector.

We have an outstanding team of professional advisers, consultants and trainers who have a wealth of experience of supporting a range of CPD initiatives. Many of those we work with have experience of delivering the Subject Learning Coach and Advanced Learning Coach programmes, the Diploma, e-learning initiatives and management development programmes. Our SCOPE coaching programme has been developed to help organisations in the LSS to create a sustainable framework for whole organisation CPD that cascades effective and good practice, allows for the development of a peer mentoring system to become integral to the goals of the organisation and linking all of the training and development that takes place to the strategic vision of the organisation. We train your visionary staff in how to coach and they coach others in how to improve their practice, reflect on their teaching and drive excellence and improvement across the organisation.

Our training programmes include:
