Our Managing Director is Glynis Frater an expert in education who has specialised in vocational and applied learning working closely with the 14 – 19 agenda, the wider 11 – 19 arena and the Learning and Skills sector. Following her tenure as the National Programme Director for the Subject Learning Coach programme and her leading role with the Diploma Support Programme she has been instrumental in designing and developing much of the focus and content for the framework for change that embodies the ethos behind the Learning Cultures framework.

Glynis has produced many high profile resources that embody a constructivist approach to ensuring learning is applied and learner centred.
